Hi y'all! My name is Tori Franz and I am so excited to tell you that I will be your 11-12s and Head Coach this season!
I have been a Barracuda and swimmer for the past 14 years and I am ecstatic to start my third year of coaching. There’s nothing quite like this team and family and I am so lucky to get to introduce some new faces to the pool.
I graduated from Cherry Creek High School in 2022 and just finished my second year at Grand Canyon University, pursuing a degree in nursing with an emphasis in pediatrics.
This team and this sport have brought me so much joy and I cannot wait to come back to the pool deck to share that with you all.
Please please feel free to reach out with any questions and concerns as the season begins. These kiddos mean the world to me and I am so ready to welcome each of them to the family.

Hello! I’m thrilled to be coaching the 13 and ups. I’ve been with the Barracudas for 14 seasons, and this is my first year coaching the 13 and ups. I’m heading into my sophomore year at CU Boulder, where I'm majoring in Social Media Management and minoring in Buisness. In my freetime I run for the Club track team at CU Boulder, ski, and foster dogs. I'm excited to work with this age group because there’s lots of growth and develpoment that can happen, like fixing techinques and acheiving goals. But more than that, I look forward to creating a positive enviromement where we have always good sportsmanship and try our best. Cannot wait for this season! Go Barracudas!!
Hello Barracudas! I’m Nicole Toohill and I am so excited to coach the 9-10 age group! This year, I am graduating from Regis Jesuit High School and will attend college in the fall. I have been on this team for 13 years, and it is always the best part of summer. This will be my second year coaching the 9-10s. I am very passionate about swimming and the technique that goes into it, as well as the teamwork and level of bonding this amazing team has. I cannot wait to meet and coach all of the 9-10s and see their improvement throughout the season!
Hello! My name is Katie and I will be the coach for the 8 and Unders this 2024 swim season. I currently attend the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology and will return this fall as a Sophomore. This Is my first year as a coach but will be my 13th with the Barracudas and I am looking forward to spending it with this year’s swimmers watching them grow and become part of the Barracuda family.
Hi everyone! My name is Alice Hamm, and I am super excited to be coaching the 6 and Unders this swim season! This will be my second year coaching the 6 and Unders and my 14th year on the Barracudas. I am 19 years old and am currently a Freshman at Western Colorado University. I am studying Elementary Education with a minor in Physical Education, and I also run cross country and track for the university! I enjoy running, skiing, hanging out with little kids, and hanging out with family and friends! I love coaching the 6 and Unders because I always see so much growth in them from the start of the season to the end, and I always have so much fun! I am super excited for this season and can't wait for another year of coaching the 6 and Unders! GOOOOOOO BARRACUDAS!!
