This message is for swimmers participating in prelims tomorrow evening. The meet program and entry list is attached. Details are below:

Prelims Day 1 (6 and unders, 7-8s and 15-18s)

Where: Willow Creek 3 Pool -- 8091 E Phillips Cir., Centennial 80112

Warm-ups: 4:15pm, lanes 4-6.

Meetings: Officials (S&T Judges, DQ Scribes, & DQ Communicators) meeting will take place at 4:30 pm. Timers meeting will take place at 4:40 pm.

WE STILL NEED VOLUNTEERS!!! If your child is swimming in prelims you are expected to volunteer for a shift! Sign up HERE. 

Parking: Park along Phillips Circle or at the Willow Creek Park parking lot. NO PARKING IN THE TOWNHOME ALLEYS! Vehicles parked in the alleys or blocking them may be towed at the owner's expense. Watch for and adhere to all No Parking signs. Please avoid parking next to mailboxes and fire hydrants.

Seating: Families, please do not set up inside the fenced pool area. Space is available on grassy areas to the east of the pool outside the pool fence. Set up shade structures and tents outside the pool fence. Please help us maintain as much open space on the pool deck as possible. Our Homeowners Association also asks all of us to Keep off of private walkways and gardens belonging to townhomes near the pool and keep off the newly resurfaced tennis courts.

Concession stand will be open. Payment will be cash and Venmo. 

**Willow Creek 3 uses the Dolphin system so there are no cards. Swimmers are encouraged to have their names written on their backs and their events written on their arms to help with timers and heating volunteers.

Please note: In the unfortunate situation that prelims have to be postponed due to weather the current plan is for them to be rescheduled for Thursday evening.
